Paula Burns-Zamora

Paralegal

Paula Burns-Zamora is a Paralegal at Strongin, LLP, with a proven track record in personal injury law. Originally from Argentina, Paula began her legal studies at Universidad de Buenos Aires and later continued her education at Universidad de Palermo, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

With extensive experience managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution, Paula brings a client-focused approach, honed through years of working in client-facing roles. Her bilingual skills in Spanish and English allow her to connect with and advocate for a diverse range of clients.

As she nears the completion of her law degree, Paula aspires to take the California Bar exam and continue growing in the legal field.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys playing field hockey, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with her pets, Brownie and Limoncello.

Shayna Chapman

Law Clerk

Shayna Chapman is a Law Clerk at Strongin, LLP, where she assists with civil litigation matters by drafting legal documents, conducting research, managing discovery, and supporting case development from start to finish. Shayna is detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about providing reliable support throughout all stages of the litigation process.

Shayna is currently a third-year law student at Purdue Global Law School and previously served as a judicial extern with the Orange County Superior Court. For her undergraduate studies, Shayna earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in creative writing at the University of Central Florida. When she’s not in law mode, Shayna enjoys competing in equestrian 3-day eventing, spending time with friends and family, and getting lost in a good book.

Kathy Fazli

J.D., Paralegal

Kathy T. Fazli is a Paralegal at Strongin, LLP. Raised in Glendora, California, she earned dual degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice, Graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach. Kathy then earned a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. During Law School, she earned Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence and was on the Dean’s List for several semesters. She interned and externed as a certified Law Student at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, appearing in court on behalf of clients. Kathy Received the Wallace R. Davis award at commencement for excellence in public service, academic achievement, and leadership. Kathy is fluent in both English and Farsi. She is known for her patience and caring nature. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming and visits the aquarium.

Jack Graham

Law Clerk

Jack Graham is a Law Clerk at Strongin, LLP, where he assists with case intake, drafting legal documents, conducting research, managing discovery, and supporting case development from start to finish. Jack is currently studying for the LSAT, which he will take in the fall. Jack plans on attending Law School in the fall of 2026. Jack earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University. In his free time, Jack enjoys running, cooking / baking, and golfing.

Briana Riggs

Case Intake Specialist

As a highly organized and detail-oriented case intake specialist, Briana excels in managing the initial stages of case processing ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

With a deep understanding of case documentation, client communication, and data entry, Briana plays a vital role in streamlining the intake process which helps build the foundation for successful legal outcomes.

With a background in managing over 800 member accounts and assisting with events while being a receptionist at Marbella Country Club, Briana ensures that every case begins with the highest level of care.

Briana was born in Pomona, California and graduated top of her class in Utah. She brings joy to the office, she's easy to talk to and here for anyone who has questions.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons who are four and seven years old. She loves anything outdoors, loves to travel and experience new things and finds great joy in making others laugh and feeling cared for.

Sheri Tisher

Account Manager/Human Resources

Sheri has over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Human Resources. Sheri grew up in Arcadia, California and attended the university of Oklahoma before moving back to Southern California. Sheri loves spending time with her two children and cannot wait to become a grandmother. Her son is a senior at the university of Kentucky, where he is completing his degree in Engineering.

Sheri currently resides in Mission Viejo with her husband Tim. In her free time, she enjoys playing Pickleball, listening to live music, reading, and hiking.

Fernando Torres

Marketing Coordinator

Fernando is the Marketing Coordinator at Strongin, LLP. Originally from San Bernardino, CA, he earned his degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. With a passion for creative storytelling and building authentic connections through digital platforms, he brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic insight, and digital expertise to every project.

Drawing on his experience in content creation, social media management, and brand development, Fernando has helped businesses grow their online presence and strengthen community engagement.

In his free time, he enjoys music, attending festivals, and exploring new places with friends and family.
